▪Roof-Soft spots, loose nails and screws, vent boots, flashings, chimneys, sky lights, and gutters ▪Siding-Fascia, soffit, eaves, caulk and paint ▪Windows/Doors-Wear, seal, and operation ▪Foundation(pier and beam)- Rot, termite damage, ventilation, and support ▪Attic- Structure, ventilation, insulation, and evidence of pests ▪Sinks/Waterheater/Dishwasher/Washing machine- Drainage problems, valve operation, and water supply leaks ▪Miscellaneous-A/C filter, venta hood filter, etc.
Note: If time and material are available at time of inspection minor repairs can be made for additional cost.
