We have a small farm house built in 1910 in Winnsboro.  It needed updated and some improvements to be more functional.  Originally it only had one bathroom to be shared by many.  Ken Hoon and crew added a beautiful bathroom and closet, screened in our porch, and converted some attic space for family game night and other uses.  He is very detail oriented, clean, finishes when promised and creative in designing spaces.  I would recommend him highly!

Ken has done several projects for me and I am always satisfied at the completion of the job.  He is a good communicator and helps you make decisions that best fits the project.

Our 1930's farmhouse needing an upgrade was a huge challenge, but Ken and his crew did an incredible job. They used all of the old fixtures and wood that were still good and never bought anything new without permission. They had great ideas on design, but always followed the suggestions made by my daughter and me. They were very honest and always put in a full day's work. They left the property looking much better than when they arrived. Most of all, they did work as if they were building on their own property. I am so grateful that I chose Hoons Helping Hands to work on my house. They have worked on my house twice now. The first time was inside where they ran into lots of hidden issues behind the walls and with my floors. Ken called me each time to explain the issues and let me know what my options of repairs were and the cost up front. His crew took the time to fix the issues without cutting corners at all.
